Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 16, 2026
These are the rules for using Kairos, in plain words. By creating an account and using Kairos, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Kairos.
Who can use Kairos
You must be 13 or older to use Kairos. Kairos is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we will delete it.
Your account
Keep your password private, and don’t share your account with anyone. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What Kairos is
Kairos writes lessons for you with AI. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important with a reliable source.
Lessons are for learning only. They are not professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Kairos can’t promise any particular result, grade, or outcome.
What you write
What you write in Kairos, such as your answers and reflections, is yours. You allow Kairos to store it and use it to teach you, as the Privacy Policy explains.
What Kairos makes
Kairos’s name, design, and the lessons, paths, and other content it makes belong to Kairos. Please don’t copy, sell, or republish them without our written permission.
Using Kairos fairly
Please don’t misuse Kairos. That includes trying to break into it or take it apart, copying its content in bulk, making fake accounts, bothering other people, or using it for anything illegal.
Price
Kairos is free to use right now and does not take payments. If that ever changes, we will update these terms first, and no one will be charged without agreeing to it.
Wisdom and Fruit
Wisdom, Fruit, and the other marks of progress in Kairos show your learning. They have no money value and can’t be exchanged for anything.
Ending your account
You can stop using Kairos at any time and ask us to delete your account, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
Kairos is new and still changing, so features may change or stop. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using Kairos after a change, the new terms apply.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Kairos accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, Kairos and its founder are not responsible for indirect losses that come from using it, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Disagreements
If something goes wrong, please email support@yourkairos.app first. Most problems can be fixed that way.
These terms follow the laws of the United States. If we can’t settle a disagreement together, it will be decided by binding arbitration (a private, independent decision-maker) instead of in court.
